Returns & Refunds –

• You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it*.

• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, accessories, packaging, and documentation that were included when you received it.

• Items that remain unopened and unused can be returned for a full refund.

• Items that have been opened, installed, or used can be returned but are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the credit is used towards an exchange or applied to a store credit.

• Item exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Demo and Preowned units are eligible for store credit only.

• *items That are ineligible for return include: Software, Gift-Cards, One-time use items, shipping, Tools & Gauges, Cleaning Supplies, Brushes, Custom or Special Order items, Vacuum Tubes, Phono Cartridges, and Styli. Incomplete or damaged items are also non-returnable.
